We can, along with conventional porcelain bonded work, provide a whole range of the very latest ‘metal free’ restorations and everything is pressed, milled and CAD/CAM designed in house. We can produce almost any type of modern crown or bridge and when colour matching is difficult, our skilful technicians are happy to do this for you. Meeting your patient really can make all the difference and sometimes it’s amazing what we can do. In exceptionally difficult cases we will construct the restoration to ‘biscuit ‘ stage and then stain and glaze with your patient present. This direct lane of communication guarantees the best results.
EMAX restorations provide an excellent combination of strength and translucency and this is our restoration of choice for single units and up to 3 unit bridges (but not suitable for cantilever) in the anterior/premolar region. For extra strength use adhesive composite cement to bond this restoration onto tooth structure. Strength: 400 MPA
Zenith Zirconia crowns and bridges feature an incredibly strong milled zirconia core and several layers of felspathic porcelain. These Cad/Cam designed restorations provide excellent aesthetics and are much stronger than Emax. They are suitable for single units anywhere in the mouth and can also be used for full arch bridges including cantilever. Strength: 1200 MPA
Zenith Zirconia Maryland Bridges can provide a more aesthetic results than the traditional alternative especially when bonding onto translucent teeth. Patients always prefer tooth coloured material to metal and the wings are sandblasted and etched for a superior bond.
Zentih Zolid crowns are milled out of a solid block of semi translucent zirconia and are strong (mainly because they are monolithic). They don’t contain any internal characterisation and instead are finished with surface stain and glaze. These restorations can be used in ‘close bite’ situations and provide and aesthetic and cost effective alternative in the posterior region to full shell crowns. Strength: 1000 MPA
VIVO super thin minimal or ‘no prep’ veneers are only produced by us. These incredibly strong ‘pressed’ veneers can be made as thin as 0.4 mm and can be completely non invasive. At 400 MPA, these are much stronger than standard conventional veneers.
Shofu solidex composites – provide a high quality aesthetic result. Ceramage composites are 75% micro filled with porcelain making them extremely strong, very aesthetic, and resistant to wear and discolouration. Emax inlays – are stronger still and very natural looking.
