We opened our our CAD CAM department back in 2014 and began by manufacturing our own in house substructures, Zenith Zirconia, and our own brand. This has been a massive success with thousands of successful dental restorations fitted.
Since then we have continually invested in the latest technology. Now, our comprehensive range of scanners, printers and milling stations place us firmly at the forefront of the digital dental workflow revolution.
We work across all digital dental platforms and can receive and process digital files from all major intra oral scanners and CBCTs.
Our ever expanding materials portfolio means that we can produce a whole range of micron perfect dental restorations, sub structures, printed models, dentures, special trays, surgical guides and everything is produced in house.
We work with either the RealGuide or SMOP planning software to take pressure off the clinician and save time.
Accurate Dicom, soft tissue matching and implant placement planning is all included in the service.
We can plan and produce digital guides that are compatible with virtually any implant system. We would always recommend touching base with our dental lab prior to commencement of a case though, just to clarify details and plan the correct workflow stages.
We will ask you to verify the guide before we print and you will be able to view/adjust the design by linking in to our own software. This means that software purchasing and licences are not required. After verification we can create the printed guide and implant model along with immediate load temporaries if required.
